1. Acceptance of terms
By subscribing to any Assina Site plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not proceed with the subscription.
2. About the service
Assina Site provides the creation, hosting, and maintenance of professional websites through a flat monthly fee. The scope of deliverables varies by plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro), and may include domain, hosting, SSL, CRM, automations, and support.
3. Delivery timeline
The average time to launch your website is up to 7 business days after we receive all required materials and information from the client. Delays in providing content may extend this timeline.
4. Subscription and payment
The subscription is billed on a recurring basis according to the plan chosen. Non-payment may result in temporary suspension of the website until the account is brought current. Prices may be adjusted annually with prior notice to the client.
5. Cancellation
There is no long-term contract. The client may cancel the subscription at any time by submitting a written request, with 30 days' notice. After cancellation, the website, domain, and hosted data will be deactivated, unless a migration is agreed upon between the parties.
6. Domain and hosting
The domain included in the plan is registered and maintained by Assina Site for as long as the subscription is active. Upon cancellation, the client may request a domain transfer, subject to the registrar's rules and any applicable administrative fees.
7. Client content and responsibility
The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and originality of any text, images, and other materials provided for the website. Assina Site reserves the right to refuse content that violates laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.
8. Support and changes
Support is included in every plan, with response times and priority levels varying by plan. Significant structural changes may be billed separately based on a prior estimate.
9. Limitation of liability
Assina Site is committed to keeping the service available and functional but is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or downtime caused by third parties, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
10. Privacy
Personal data collected during onboarding and use of the service is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, used exclusively for providing the service, and never shared with third parties without authorization.
11. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued use of the service after an update implies acceptance of the new version.
